Frost Residents Cooperative, a 30-unit manufactured housing community, is applying for block grant funds to provide better drinking water to the complex. Councilors agreed at their Jan. 3 meeting to schedule a public hearing on the proposal for Jan. 17. That meeting has since been rescheduled to Jan. 24 and will begin at 7:30 p.m.
A project to demolish the old Sal’s Pizza Restaurant and build a new one has been extended.
