Londonderry Police Chief Kim Bernard bids a fond farewell to longtime resident Reed Paige Clark III as he was given a special sendoff last week. Reed and his wife Phyllis are moving to Washing D.C. after his family has lived in town for over four generations. The couple were given a police escort as they left town.
