Nearly 30 South Elementary School students make up the Hip Hippin’ Hawks Jump Rope Team and last week the group showcased a performance to fellow students. The team, under the guidance of teachers Jen Cutuli and Scott Lohnes, are a demonstration team for the American Heart Association and the Kids Heart Challenge and have been traveling the Granite State performing to raise money. The team raised $7,772.56 this year and have raised nearly $220,000 over the past 17-year the school has been participating in the effort. Photos by Chris Paul
