Lancer Girls Earn All-State Honors Following Championship

Fresh off a Division I state championship, the Londonderry High School girls’ basketball team saw several of its standout players recognized among the best in New Hampshire, earning multiple All-State selections and top individual honors by New Hampshire coaches.

Leading the way was senior captain Samantha Sullivan, who capped off her career with a remarkable list of accolades. Sullivan was named Division I Player of the Year, selected to the All-State First Team, and honored as the Jack Ford Scholar Athlete – a fitting end to a season in which she helped guide the Lancers to a championship victory.

Sullivan’s leadership and all-around play were instrumental throughout the season, particularly during Londonderry’s playoff run. She was a key contributor in the team’s title-clinching win over Concord Christian, finishing among the top performers while setting the tone on both ends of the court.

Joining Sullivan on the Division I First Team was junior Gemma Murray, who emerged as one of the team’s most consistent and versatile players.

Murray played a crucial role in the Lancers’ success, contributing offensively while also anchoring the team’s defensive effort.

Murray’s defensive presence earned her additional recognition, as she was also named to the Division I All-Defensive Team – highlighting her impact beyond the stat sheet.

Senior Brooke Eacrett, who played nearly 32-minutes each game, was named to the Division I Second Team after a standout season that included a dominant performance in the championship game. Eacrett led the Lancers in scoring in the title contest, many of which came during a decisive third-quarter run that helped Londonderry pull away. Eacrett hit the 1,000-point mark in February and had a career-high 30-points with eight three-pointers in the team’s game against Nashua North.

Eacrett, along with Sullivan and fellow senior Brooke Wilson, formed the veteran core that powered the Lancers throughout the season. Their experience and leadership were key factors in the team’s ability to navigate a challenging schedule and peak at the right time.

Londonderry entered the tournament as the No. 3 seed but proved it belonged among the elite, knocking off No. 2 Bedford before defeating top-seeded Concord Christian to secure the program’s fourth state title – and first under head coach Jon Doherty. The All-State recognition reflects not only individual excellence but also the collective success of a team that steadily improved throughout the season. With multiple players honored across First Team, Second Team, and All-Defensive selections, Londonderry’s presence on the list underscores its status as one of the top programs in Division I this year.
