Lancers Volleyball Squad Keep Up Perfect Record

The Londonderry High School Boys’ Volleyball team cruised through the mid-way point in the spring season with three more consecutive wins bring the record to 8-0.
The Lancers latest victories came against Bishop Guertin, Dover, and Windham High School and they managed to get by those teams with just one set loss.
On Monday, April 29, the LHS squad traveled to Nashua to take on Bishop Guertin. The result was a straight sets win over the cardinals: winning set one, 25-16; two, 25-12; and three went 25-16.
Two days later, in another road game, the Lancers took three of the four sets played against the Dover High School Green Wave.
After dropping the initial set 22-25, Londonderry bounced back with three straight wins: 25-13; 25-16; and 25-20.
Tyler Brown put up an outstanding 21 kills, two blocks, five digs, 15 assists, and two aces to lead the team.
Ethan Munro collected eight kills, nine digs, 10 assists, and one ace; Matt Doyle picked up 18 digs, two assists, and an ace; Gavin Doughty had six kills, nine digs, one assist, and two aces; Crosby Nolan got four kills, one block, and two digs; Ethan Saranich had five kills and four digs; Theo Paccione: got two digs, 14 assists, and one ace; Kai Hou and Liam Evans each notched one dig.
At home against the Windham Jaguars, on Friday, May 3, Londonderry registered their fifth shutout of the season with another straight sets win.
Set that evening went: 26-24; 25-19; and 25-23.
Tyler Brown had 12 kills, 16 assists, four digs, one block, and six aces; Ethan Munro got 14 kills, 15 assists, three digs, and two blocks; Gavin Doughty managed five kills and seven digs; Crosby Nolan notched three kills, two blocks, and two aces; Ethan Saranich got two kills, one dig, two blocks, and two aces; Connor Koza finished with one kill and four blocks; Matt Doyle tallied 20 digs and two assists; and Liam Evans and Kai Hou each had one dig.
The Lancers squad will try to continue their unbeaten streak when the face Souhegan and Goffstown this week.
