Local theater company Kids Cooperative Theater performed the Disney show “Newsies” over the weekend, featuring a number of young thespians from Londonderry and throughout the greater Derry area.
The director and musical director was Jesse Drake, and the choreographer for the production was Angelica Fortier Rosenthal.
Londonderry cast members included: Dylan Torre-Moody as Katherine Plumber, Brady Harlow as Crutchie, and Everly Harlow as a Newsie and a featured dancer.
The show was performed at the Derry Opera House on Broadway, Derry, Friday, May 22, Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24.
