Londonderry Laxers Get Their Fourth Straight Victory

As the Division I Lax season comes into its final week, the Londonderry High School Boys Lacrosse team is riding a short winning streak.
The Lancer squad has won four straight and nine of its last 10 games to put themselves at 11-5.
Last week the team had two 15-point wins, beating Nashua North and Souhegan 17-2 on their home turf.
On Monday, May 16, LHS hosted the Titans of Nashua and easily cruised to their tenth victory of the season.
Then on Friday afternoon, May 20, the team doled out a drubbing to the Souhegan Sabers.
Londonderry had six unanswered goals in the first quarter and out scored their opponent 4-1 in the second for a 10-1 first half lead.
The Lancers added five more goals to the Sabers one in the third quarter and tacked on two in the final period for the 17-2 final.
Senior attacker Noah Malcolm led his team in scoring with five goals. He scored one in the first and second quarter and added a hat trick in the third.
Senior midfielder Connor Howe had three goals, two in the first and one in the final period.
Nathan Pedrick and Josh DeFranzo each had two goals in the game.
Also scoring a goal each were: Brandon Savage; Nicholas Lemay; Ben Anderson; Aidan Huard and Manny Sousa.
The team finished the regular season this week with two road trips.
On Monday the Lancers headed to Dover for a contest against the Green Wave (4-9) and on Tuesday they were scheduled to play Pinkerton Academy in Derry (9-7).
