Londonderry Police arrested a Harrisville man at Cracker Barrel for Driving Under the Influence with a 2-month-old baby in the car.
Joshua Schneider, 27, was under the influence of narcotics when officers encountered him in a vehicle in the restaurant parking lot on Oct. 13 at 9:45 p.m.

He was charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs, Possession of a Controlled Drug in a Motor Vehicle, Driving after License Revocation, Second Charge Possession of Controlled Drugs, Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
