North School fifth-grade teachers Carol Currier and Beth Haarlander brought in volunteers on Sunday, Sept. 29, to help with some updates to the Nutfield Nature Trail in the back of the school. The area is used it as an outdoor classes and is being revitalized with Storywalk posts and QR codes which links to videos featuring Haarlander explaining the landmarks of the trail. Volunteers were be digging holes for the posts and assembling the signs and QR plaques and also rebuilding a damaged bridge and doing some general clean-up. Photos by Chris Paul
