Shamrock Shootout Takes Over High School Courts

The third annual Shamrock Shootout 3v3 Tournament, sponsored by the Athletic Leadership Council, took place on Saturday, March 16, with Middle School teams taking the court in the morning and High School contingents finishing the contest in the afternoon.

Each game had a six-minute time limit with the first team to reach 11-points moving on.
There were no foul shots in the game and two-points were given for anything good from outside the three-point arc.
There were nine middle school teams and 12 teams in the high school contest battling for bragging rights and gift cards in a half-court three vs. three tournament.
The winning team in the morning session was CBG-Elite, with height helping them to the championship.
The “WR Academy” team of Kiet Totten, Matt Luongo, Crosby Nolan and Ryan Williams were the high school’s winning team. Pictured at right with trophy.
