Town Election Results in Most Articles Passing

By Chris Paul

There were 4,043 of the 17,015 registered voters in town coming out to the polls on Tuesday, March 8, with 120 voters signing up that day.

There were three articles on the ballot that didn’t pass were the articles to move forward with Pickleball courts, the Pillsbury Cemetery Capital Reserve Fund and a Town-wide Speed Limit Reduction.

The amount of voters was a record-high number from recent years, but was still just 25 percent of the registered voters.
