Veterans, Residents Remember Those Who’ve Fallen

Although Londonderry’s annual Memorial Day Parade was canceled due to heavy rains on Monday, a small group of residents and American Legion Post 27 members gather a two sites to pay their respects to those that had given their lives in service for their country. Post 27 commander, Bob Stuart, led the group in a prayer at the Civil War monument on the Town Common and at the grave of Vietnam veteran Verne M. Greeley at Glenwood Cemetery.
