Voters Brave Nor’easter to Vote at Local Elections

Voters traveling to the Tuesday, March 14, Town and School Elections were hampered by the biggest snow storm of the season. A number of area towns postponed their elections, but town officials in Londonderry decided Monday to move ahead. As of 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 1,574 ballots were cast, including 473 absentee votes. There are well over 15,000 voters in town. Because of the snow, candidates were allowed to hold signs inside the LHS gym. Photos by Chris Paul
