William “Bill” Cussick

William “Bill” Cussick, 78, of Londonderry died at Parkland Medical Center in Derry on Oct. 2, 2016, surrounded by family and friends, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. He was born and raised in the Lowell, Mass., area, where he spent the majority of his life before moving to New Hampshire. He was a lifelong employee of General Electric and member of the GE Elfun Society. He was known for his generosity and for “taking care of everyone,” including his propensity for taking care of animals in need. He loved tinkering with anything technical, watching the Patriots with friends and family, and bringing old things back to life. He is survived by his wife, Carol Cussick; daughters Pamela Anderson, Lisa Blouin, and Jennifer McVeigh; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Calling hours were held Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Edson Cemetery, Lowell, Mass.
